Midtown Rental Experts provides apartment search services, housing advice, and appointment coordination. By engaging with our services, you authorize us to contact you directly with updates, reminders, and rental recommendations related to your search.

- Typical message frequency is 1–3 messages per week, though this may vary based on your activity.

4. Pricing & Fees
Our apartment search and advisory services are free of charge until you choose to move forward with a property.
- You will never be charged for initial consultations, property recommendations, or communications.
- A broker fee is only applicable once you submit an application or secure housing through a participating landlord we work with. Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon prior to application submission.
